I was in Covina Gardens when I saw the same white dresses lady that everyone else witnessed. If anyone has any ghost places that need investigation, just call 626 824 2158 and wait for it to go to voice mail. Then tell of your occurrences .

Covina Gardens used to be apartments for seniors. My grandmother lived there about 25 years ago. I remember seeing the lady in white several times: twice outside in this courtyard area (not sure if the courtyard is still there) and a few times at the end of the hall outside my nana's apartment. It was a long time ago, but if I remember correctly the lady wears a white dress with short sleeves kind of like what a nurse would wear, and her hair is in a bun.

I am an empath. I've always been able to feel energies around me (from people and from spirits). The energy in my nana's apartment felt heavy and awful. Sometimes I suddenly felt overwhelmingly sad and started crying for no reason. I always felt like someone was watching me while I played. I had two premonitions two separate times while taking naps in my nana's bedroom.
The first was the death of her neighbor across the hall which happened just weeks after I had the dream. The second was my mother's death which happened almost exactly the way I dreamed it. I don't recall ever seeing shadows or dark figures, but again my experiences happened over 25 years ago.
I have to say that I'm not surprised that people see them. I know many people passed on there, and I know there are some negative energies there. Shadow figures are usually associated with negative energy, but sometimes they're just the way a spirit manifests itself.
