This is a fabricated image using ms-paint to create the line and starburst. The image is intentionally blurred to show the deliberate lines and allowing the submitter to attempt to create a ghost story for local tours.
San Juan Capistrano has midnight ''ghost walks'' with nary a ghost or strange incident occurring. I was on one walk with a group of college kids who were taking pictures with a digital camera. They had snapped a photo of the mission parking lot and digitally added a strange white haze with a very faint appearance of a person.
The downside was they posted it to a paranormal site and clearly captured my own car in the background. I knew nothing happened that night but I would have appreciated them blurring out my license plate!.
