I remember once my parents and I were living at the Lexington Apartments next to the baseball park. It was 2004-2006, and I was 5-7 years old. I was riding my bike. Then I got tired, and I went inside. I was eating when I saw this old man telling me to come to him. He asked me for bread. He moved up and down the side window it was like he was 80, so I asked my parents for food, ''ma el viejito me esta pidiendo comida'' (mom the old man is asking me for food).

When I told my mom and my dad, he never came back.
This was when I was 6, and I always watched the TV and ate cornflakes before I went to school.

My mom was at the kitchen when suddenly they lifted my ponytail, and I screamed ''ma fuiste tu'' (mom was that you?) in Spanish. She said ''si fui yo the estaba acomodando el pelo'' (yes, it was me I was fixing your hair). A year after we moved out to another apartment. My grandpa, who likes to save the tacobell and Jack hard cups, saw how they moved a cup of water right in front of him. While he was telling the story, my mom confessed it wasn't her
