My mom and I have witnessed paranormal activity at some homes in Downey where the gates have opened and closed by themselves, no cars. Lights would go off / on and peoples garage doors would open for a while and close on their own.

People had put out print outs that they have had some weird activity in their homes and people had then moved out. Beautiful condos though. At night this type of activity occurs.

Also one Friday night after 1 or 2 am my mom and I were outside talking and we heard a female scream very loud. Some people came out of their homes to see what had happened.
The cops were called and they came checked everyone and told them nothing happened to anyone. Cops were already aware of the paranormal at this location and told the tenants to calm down, the paranormal still continues.
