A little while back around 2014 I was hired as a cashier for the El Segundo Plunge which is a public pool. This pool was built by the United States Work Projects Administration in 1940 when the US needed more jobs (much like now. ) I often worked evening shifts and early morning shifts, and I began hearing noises like small footsteps, doors creaking, taps on my desk, giggling, running up and down the stairs and more. Now I understand this is a public pool,

meaning people will come and go. However, I think this spirit or ghost is a child or portrays itself as one. It likes to play with me.
Once I was

sitting behind the desk, and the women's locker room door creaked open and shut. I then heard the taps along the desk as if someone were tapping as they walked by. By this time I was unfazed by this. That was until something seemed to grab onto my ankle. I quickly looked under my desk and saw nothing. I then looked to my left and saw a child giggling. By the time I blinked he was gone.
I was not the only staff member who is aware of the friends
