I live on Oak Hill Drive. Sometimes at night it feels like I'm not alone. One night in particular I was suddenly itchy everywhere. I felt it from every direction. I put my phone under my bed and took a picture, I was a little spooked by what I saw. A man's head out of nowhere was in the photo. My son and my daughter refuse to sleep in their bedroom. My downstairs neighbor's son wouldn't stay in his room either. He said there is a dark shadow outside of his window. Across the street is a fenced off road belonging to the water authority.
