footsteps going up and down in an almost playful manner. I even opened the windows which looked onto the stairwell. Nothing was there, but I could still hear the sounds. A few times it sounded like the footsteps went all the way up to the door to sort of ''watch me''. Then it walked back down.
At one point I stood at the top of the stairs waiting. I started to hear the footsteps from the bottom floor. As I peeked over, I saw nothing. The footsteps

stalled then slowly took steps back down. I thought that was interesting. I've only been there for nearly two years. Apparently I'm not the only one who's

heard these sounds as previous employees have heard such things too.

Comment by Patti: Do they ever allow anybody investigate there? It would be nice to see what or who is haunting the museum. I remember that place when I was young. I would see ladies there for their husbands. That was terrifying to me as a child.
