I've heard that the now closed Fallbrook hospital has been the site of many paranormal activities inside the hospital. I guess it makes sense considering it was opened in the early 1960s and many people must have passed away there.
A security guard assigned to patrol the hospital has confirmed to a friend of mine that indeed ''unnatural'' occurrences are common there.

On Main Street 1st hospital in the back next to the junk yard many sightings of ghosts also make Ellis Elementary School and the old fruit packing house that burned down 20 years ago. Go at night and find out.
Don't go alone. I know I lived there for 20 plus years. My family still lives there in the small houses next to the barbershop.

On Main Street first hospital in town old pepper tree a lady comes out at night dressed in white and stands next to the tree. Walks back to the little houses and disappears.
