We recently moved into a newly built home by the Grand Traditions. One night a few months after living there I was in the kitchen late at night like 3:00 am to get a snack, and I felt like someone was watching me, so I turned around quickly, and for a split second I saw a man in a kkk uniform. It really scared me. Ever since then I try not to go in there at night. That whole side of the house creeps me out in the shadows at night by the garage

door. I always feel like someone or something is watching me.

Comment by John: My family lives in Fallbrook and we lived in a few houses that were haunted. I've personally experienced it as a child. But Fallbrook has a history of kkk activities back in the days so I believe your story of seeing a ghost in a kkk uniform.
