appeared about fifteen yards away. I screamed and punched the gas trying not to end up with the fish in the canal. Once we got to the main road we could clearly see the light was still around the area where we saw it. As we waited to see if it would proceed to the road we heard footsteps running toward us on the canal bank. No one else was out at this time. It was about twelve or one in the morning. Once we heard that I burned rubber, and we went home.

My buddy did not see the white figure, but he said he saw a black figure that was standing hunched over kind of like a gorilla. But he said it did not

look like a gorilla. We both saw two different things from the same light at the same time. We did not realize till we got home and discussed what we saw.

Comment by Cecy: That happen to me once... Heck I didn't stick around though. It was bout 8:30 pm at the Mendota Dam. Love fishing, just won't fish at night anymore.... Lol :-).
Comment by anonymous: Something similar happened to me in Los Banos. It was 3 green beams scanning the field next to me. I pulled over and just watched this thing just scan the whole field. Must of been really high up in the sky to move so quick.
