I used to live in an apartment at Arrow and Citrus. While living there a spirit was seen by all 3 adults living there on different nights. I was babysitting one night and was woken by a woman in white at the foot of my bed.
She was slowly pulling off the covers from me. Upon waking she disappeared and I noticed the 2 year old was near the edge of the bed so I pulled him closer to me and went back to sleep. Thanks to her he did not fall out of bed.
She was also seen by me from my bedroom window at the roof of the apartment across from me. That is also where my hb saw her one night out the window. My brother also saw her once as he was sitting on the couch late at night watching TV with the sliding glass door open.

He said he glanced over and she was standing in the doorway of the glass door. Always wearing flowing white. Also I should note that every time she was seen was when I was babysitting the same boy who was in foster care as I was their respite caretaker.

I believe she was watching over him.
