My cousins and I - 4 of us- have all seen this thing on several occasions. My cousins boyfriend even chased it once. It started in French Camp on our grandparents property. But it didn't stay there. It follows us.

Manteca Lathrop Tracy and most recently; two nights ago in Stockton. It gets very dark in some parts of the property and is completely lit up by moonlight in others. One night we were all outside and I saw something moving out of the corner of my eye.

There was someone walking in the dark heading away from us. I was about to ask if they saw the person too when I noticed everyone had stopped talking and was looking at the same thing I was. Someone said ''who is that? ''.
Because no one should have been out there but us. My first thought was someone was cutting through the property as a shortcut. It was very dark where they were so you couldn't really make out who it was, but you could see their gleaming white tennis shoes.
As it approached the edge of the shadows I remember thinking now we'll see who it is. As they came out of the shadows into the bright moonlight one of my cousins gasped and ran into the house. The rest of us; me April and Joe just sat there in disbelief.
