When I lived on Gurries drive here in Gilroy I remember being about 14 years old and doing the dishes one night. I felt someone tap my left shoulder but when I turned around no one was there. I turned and started doing the dishes again when a second time I felt someone tap my shoulder harder this time trying to get my attention.
The only 2 people home were my mom and I. My mom was in the living room so I know I would have heard her if she ran away after touching me. Before that my first night in the house I woke up in the middle of the night with a young adult female kneeling across the room watching me while I slept.
I looked at her and asked what she wanted but she just faded away. The house was across the street from an old Gilroy cemetery. It also shared an alley with pizza cove and the market on the corner of First Street and Church.|
It was an interesting place.|

It was the summer of 2013 I remember I had three best friends. We took turns staying over at each other's houses. I was fifteen at the time, and Molly, Jessica and Sloan were all twelve or thirteen. We lived by the Luigi Aprea Elementary School, so usually we met friends at the park in the evening, and after they'd leave we'd hop the school fence to play with the children's school things and playgrounds. We never took anything though. One of my friends was familiar with the story of the school being haunted being that she attended there as a child.
It was told the library was haunted, and at night you'd see a woman's figure. One summer night we walked two blocks from her house to hop the fence. It was about 9:30 or 10:00 pm. We all looked in the windows and doors of the library for about twenty minutes. Then I saw a woman figure about 5' 9'' maybe 140 pounds. She seemed as if she was an American lady with short shoulder length hair. I thought I was tripping out, but I checked again, and she still was there. I ran out the kindergarten school side entrance crying rather than focusing on looking for them. They ran after me to see if I was ok. That night I was the only one to see that ghost. After we ran home terrified we researched that. Before the school was there it was an Indian burial ground, so she must have been from the 1700s-1800s. Cool!.
