I lived on summit Valley Rd. for 3 years and had my mother pass away in the house in 2014. Her sister passed about 6 months later and I ended up with the ashes of both ladies. A few weeks after I received my aunt's ashes I saw a shadow figure walking down the hallway about her height and size.
Summit Valley gets a lot of lightning strikes which likely means there is a lot of limestone beneath it. So I am not surprised at the activity.

In a two story house on Live Oak St. near Oakwood close to a high school people have reported seeing a whistling girl at that house even though there is no residence. Story be told she died by the hands of her mother because she didn't stop whistling..

I attend Encore Jr/Sr High School in Hesperia. It's my first year going here and from day one everyone seemed to talk about the ''strange things'' happening there. It used to be a boys correctional home before my school took its place.
