I attended Dwyer Middle School a few years ago. In a classroom on the second story of the main building (Ms Ward's class) there was a fan that was usually always running during the beginning of the school year due to it being the end of summer months. There is no air conditioning, so it gets very hot in those classrooms. During the winter months the fan was always unplugged. One day during winter the fan turned on by itself while it was unplugged, and she stopped the class and asked who turned on the fan without permission. Everybody was still in their seats, and one of the students pointed out that the fan was not plugged in. We could not figure out how to turn it off, so she moved on and continued teaching. About 10 minutes later the unplugged fan that turned on by itself had turned itself off. We were all shocked. .

I have had two incidents at my house. One was innocent, but the one today terrified me. I was in my bedroom. Same spot with both; first one something tapped my foot while I was laying down. Same thing my kids do, so I got up to check on them, and they were both asleep in their beds. This morning I was getting clothes out of my closet using my phone flashlight, and out of the corner of my eye an arm going coming down behind me. I screamed and ran out of the room. Didn't come back upstairs until the sun came out.

I lived in Regency Palms on Warner from 2006 to 2008. I lived on the first floor and in the first courtyard area by the gate. I will have to try and remember the apartment number. Anyway this ghost would wake me up almost nightly with ''Wake up. Get up'' in my ear. My body would tingle. I once heard him during the day mumbling. I never told anyone, and years later my mother told my brother when she visited me she heard a voice wake her with ''Wake up. Get up.'' She thought it was odd.
My brother got me talking about ghosts, and I ended up telling him about that apparent ghost waking me. He was shocked and told me our mom told him about the same thing. She and I talked about it. Once I moved and went back and forth. That place had a dark feeling about it. Never liked going in there.
