The weirdest thing just happened. I don't know if I'm just tripping out, but it made me seriously scared. It's about 1:30AM right now, and just about 30 minutes ago I was walking my dogs in my apartment complex. Down at the end of the street I saw a young woman dressed in a short sleeveless black dress. Now that I think of it, it's kind of chilly outside... What was she doing dressed like that?

business and picked up after my dogs, I saw her turn to the side once. Then she turned back, looking at me again. I didn't think much of it, so I continued down the street toward her. I lost sight of her as I walked behind a tree, but when I look back in that direction I saw her RUN away. She ran FAST! It almost looked like she was gliding down the street. It wasn't like a blur, but I clearly saw her gliding down the street. It didn't look like the normal
