My uncle told me he was driving through a bridge in King City two days ago. He explains the bridge as an antique and a long curved bridge. At six or six thirty in the morning the skies were still dark and the sun was about to rise.
He explains how he was feeling so sleepy at the moment when he began to notice what looked like a parked car with really dark swerving tire tracks behind it as if the car swerved to the side of the road.

car was on the right side and my uncle on the left side lane. Then as he began to get closer a man which my uncle described as wearing leather / tan boots,

denim jeans, a blue denim jacket, and a cowboy hat appeared out of nowhere in front of his land. He slammed the brakes and turned his steering wheel to dodge him.
Once my uncle completely stopped the vehicle he looked back to see if there was anyone but there was no one. The man was gone and the vehicle that seemed stopped was moving. The tracks might have been of someone seeing this ghost and swerved to dodge him.
