I was home alone with my sisters dog. He started barking at something so when I came out of my room I saw a little girl about my age 10 in a pink dress playing with my bouncy ball. I couldn't sleep at all

Just this September of 2010 me and my friend were driving down Whittier Boulevard between palm and harbor. We were heading towards harbor and it was on a Sunday at 6:33 am and the streets was covered in thick fog; we were going for coffee.

Across the street was a metal shopping cart with the weels cut off that I had seen sitting there since Friday just sitting on it's pipes nothing out of the ordinary that was until that Sunday as we approched it in our truck.
All on it's own the cart had spun in a 360 degree turn at a extreemly high speed. My friend was driving I was sitting shot gun in our Ford ranger. His jaw dropped and before he could speak I yelled out ''did you see that'' about ten times.
He said yes. We then spun the truck around and headed to the cart to investigate. We both tried to spin it but the pipes would make it topple over since it had no weels. We couldn't even do a half turn.
