I had heard many of the stories and know of the gentleman who committed suicide in one of the original rooms. He committed suicide in his garage (his home is still up and condemned and used for storage and still on the property. ) I hear that his ashes were scattered on the grounds. The original home looked over the family pool, and reports have been made of someone looking out the second story bedroom window, which is impossible because the room is

packed, and there is no way anyone can even get close to it. (The door was unlocked so I went in with a co-worker. ) I felt extremely uneasy in there

and felt major cold spots. I also felt like was being watched!
The resort definitely has a lot of history and is definitely haunted. Those were just a few of my experiences while I worked there.

I am a true skeptic when it comes to ghosts and paranormal stuff. But, after spending four days at the L.Q. Resort and then reading these accounts of possible ghost activity, I am beginning to question my skepticism. My husband and I recently spent a long weekend at the resort. We were in one of the older buildings. The building included two rooms, but the other was unoccupied. We just loved the architecture and history at the resort. Each night I heard noises. Some sounded like people whispering outside our room. The chatter was faint, and I couldn't understand any of it.
