The dam is haunted by the ghost of a worker that died when they built the dam. If you drive up on the dam and park roughly in the middle and just sit in your car and wait he might appear. He walks around on the dam.
He doesn't show up with people around but if you're inside your car he won't notice you. That's why you need to stay inside your car when you do this, and there can't be any other people near your car or he won't show up.

up just sit in your car and watch him. If you make sudden moves or open your car he will vanish at once.
