of the family have experienced some type of interaction with Robarth. The least impressed is the eldest son Kevin II who has heard the noises and felt the invisible movement of the entity but he has never been engaged by Robarth.
There must be an explanation for the phenomena occurring near the intersection of Moulton parkway and Alicia parkway; both Streets being named for family members of the Moulton and families related to the Mission Viejo Company who
are long deceased.|
If nothing else Robarth is entertaining and a stimulating conversation starter.

The vocabulary syntax and word choice place it on about the 6th-7th grade writing and grammar level.
