Located at the corner of Ridge Route and Rivendell dr.. We purchased the house in 1997 and moved out in 2010. We had a number of incidents over the years. Nothing malicious. Weird sounds, people talking upstairs when nobody was home, objects thrown to the middle of rooms and floors when nobody was home things like that.

One bedroom upstairs seemed to be a cause of great concern. Several of my children had that room and all of them didn't like it and felt uneasy. I slept in that room a few times and felt the same way.

The biggest item was the sighting of a small child running up and down the stairs. Several members of our family saw it including my wife's best friend and a very good friend of mine who is a national television host.
I spent years trying to research information that may pertain to the house but I could find nothing.

Comment by KSR: We have had the exact same things happen except for actually seeing someone. We live in the Lake Forest Shores condo complex off of Muirlands near Ridge Route; I also cannot find any past history on the property.
