Things took a dramatic turn when we went into Macy's. The girls and I were looking for shoes inside the store and went to look upstairs. We noticed the escalator was broken and just walked up anyway.
While walking up I felt like I was going to fall backwards as the escalator stairs seemed to be slippery. Walking down I felt the need to sprint away from the stairs and race out of the store. I thought I was having a panic attack until I noticed my sisters

had a similar experience.
Madison my youngest sister didn't feel anything walking up however walking down she felt that she was going to faint.

Her eyes went halfway blurry and said she saw three of me hunching over. Alex my other sister said she felt like a pressure was on her chest walking up causing the feeling of falling over.
Her ears began to ring and she felt drained of energy. We all agreed to leave the store as we were very traumatized. This building is one of the oldest in Lakewood California insinuating that anything could have happened there.
