I live just on the other side of the creek behind the graveyard. There is a green space walkway that runs along the creek on my side. To date (the last 10 years) I haven't seen or heard anything I can't debunk. To be fair, by trade I design and build special effects for live shows. Still waiting to experience anything there. On the other side of the coin the Wednesday club in Suisun City is a burning hotspot for residual paranormal energy.

My boyfriend stayed with a friend at his sister's house and his sister was totally freaked out. There was a teddy bear that was left behind by the previous owner and then said they thought they had thrown it out and so the sister didn't think much of it and used it as decoration.
And it would move from room to room all through the house by itself. She would shower and get out with scratches all over her body. One night while my boyfriend and his friend stayed at her house they were watching TV and fell asleep and were woken up to a giant slam of the cabinets they said it was so loud it sounded like a gun shot and when they started talking about it the TV shut off.
When the sister tried to move out the boxes she had packed would be thrown around the room with the things everywhere. Near downtown.
