My grandma and grandpa lived in an old house outside Live Oak close to the Sutter Buttes. I loved it there it was open and all country.
I grew up there so I have heard some stories whether it's from my aunt or someone else. First I heard that when my aunt was a kid she was laying down in her room when the light flickered on and off; she ran to my grandparents' room scared and terrified feeling like she was being followed.

Another time is when I actually experienced it. I was sleeping on the couch when the phone rang. All we could here was breathing; I was immediate scared. I have even heard stories about my other house in Live Oak.

I had lived in Live Oak, CA my whole life until 2006 when I moved to Los Angeles. About a year before I moved I was watching television with my best friend Tommy when my uncle Jerry came over. He worked at a nearby rock quarry and claimed that strange things happen there at night.
Since Tommy and I were really bored that night we agreed to go with Jerry to the quarry in his beat up old Ford Bronco. The night was clear and quiet and Jerry's dog was relaxed and calm in the back of the truck.
