I grew up on Corbin Lane near Lower Sac Road our house has always had activity, and some of it was creepy at times. Most of the time you can hear heavy steps coming down the hall, giggling of a little kid, or a wooden rocking chair on hardwood (which we don't have). The creepy feeling is when you can hear hissing only from the master bathroom, and it's very rarely. It is weird how many homes in Lodi actually have paranormal activity. (My grandparents on Cross, a duplex on Dover, and the apartment I lived in on Sylvan all had activity.). Submitted by Nicole

Several years ago I was driving south on Lower Sacramento Road from Kettleman Lane in the winter. It was about 11:30 at night. As I was driving south, I saw a black slender figure dressed in a long black dress or cloak with a hood covering its head. It appeared to be an old lady. As I drove by, it turned and began walking west into the field. As I drove by and passing it, I looked in my rearview mirror I caught the figure in my mirror. I then saw her turn her head and observed two red eyes glowing in the hood where the eyes would be. I was stunned and braked. As my tail lights came on I saw my lights red glow because it was partly foggy. The person or thing turned its head and continued walking west into the field. I went straight home and told my wife. It still freaks me out as I can remember vividly what I saw. Now there is a Walmart where that field was.

My daughter and I were eating at the TV City Restaurant across the street from the Cinema 12 theater and my daughter went to use the bathroom and there was a big picture of Marilyn Monroe. My daughter was washing her hands when an unseen spirit had touched her shoulder. It scared the hell out of her and she ran from there. When she got to the table she was as white as this page. We didn't stay long. We hightailed it out of there. We never went back. Submitted by Anne
