We love to stay at the Queen Mary and once on the haunted tour I felt a tap on my arm and saw a light orb drift away. At first I thought it was my husband tapping me to tell me to hurry up and that I had seen a moth but my husband was actually way ahead of me! The tour guide let us explore this one particular area for a while and she noticed that I was particularly drawn to this one spot in the corridor. She then told us the tragic story of the young workman who had been killed when a watertight door had slammed shut on him and that the area she had noticed me looking around was the main area he used to work.

Later on another tour we noticed my name and the words 'help me' spelled out in a dirty window which had not been there when we first walked into the room! At first I thought it had to have been kids from an earlier tour messing around but my husband swears that he too noticed that the words weren't there when we first walked in! I had to go to the bar after seeing that!!.

While aboard the Queen Mary for dinner I excused myself to visit the ladies room. Outside of the restaurant as I made my way down the hall there was not one person in sight which I thought was odd - especially during the summer months. Nevertheless, I was drawn into the spell of the Queen's art deco beauty and wandered around for just a bit. After freshening up in the powder room I was observing the decor, and that's when I felt as though I wasn't alone after all. You know that creepy uneasiness one experiences when something isn't right; it was like the feeling you get as though someone is watching. I turned around, but no one was there.
