I was at my best friends apartment and her mom was going to the neighbors, but before she left she asked us if we wanted to go with her upstairs to the neighbors with her we said no thanks. But as soon as she turned to go I saw a man dressed in a tunic and rope around his waist. He held his head in his left hand. When I saw him the first thing I thought was Jack. Then I said I want to go to the neighbors. So we went upstairs and my friend asked why I wanted to come upstairs and I told her the story.

To the story of ghost train in Los Angeles CA @ Westmoreland ave, your pretty close to where I live which is close to downtown so I'm pretty sure what I'm about to write is related to your story. I'm a pre teen girl that loves to stay up late and game. And almost every morning at 1:00 am I hear the exact same horn ( or I'm pretty sure it is). I never see it or hear it during the day. I have tried to look for it on google maps. I've tried asking my 18 year old brother. He says it's the one around downtown. I'm sure he's talking about the one close to that Toyota place. It's a metro. But I really doubt my brother. It sounds like those old school ones.
