I went in the kitchen and saw nothing but I felt this cold fearful sensation in my spirit something was wrong there.

We lived in a graduate apartment on 29th Street right across from the 29th St. Cafe. My husband moved in before our infant daughter and I joined him several weeks later. One night he woke up and felt something or rather someone sitting on the end of the bed.
He saw a hazy figure hovering. We lived there for two years. When my daughter was 2 we sent her in for her daily nap in our room. She came right back out and said she couldn't go back in. When we asked why she said there is a scary yady on the bed.

(she couldn't say her ''l''s so ''yady'' meant ''lady. '') we walked her back in the room and asked if the lady was still there. She said ''no she left. ''. My husband and I looked at each other. Total chills!.

When I was 9 years old my younger brothers and I had a daily chore of always getting a glass of iced water for my dad. As we were trying to be sneaky and eat anything from the fridge while getting my dad's iced water we heard a couple of voices calling us out from a room that to us was our bedroom as we look to see whose calling we see a bunch of white hands waving us in and a loud growling voice followed them.
