Wow that's very interesting. I'm a caregiver and took worked for a 90 year old woman on Wawona Street. Very close to Sequoia Elementary School. Whenever I left the house at night I would get chills down my spine.
I felt like someone was watching me walk away through the window. It was a nice house and the owners were really sweet people. There was no reason to be spooked but for some reason I was spooked lol.

We saw an ambulance in the back by the lumber area in middle of the night. It was running and nobody was in it and there was faint laughter and music from within the store.
