I live with a few friends and my boyfriend in the apartments at the edge of Marysville and Linda and recently we heard stories about an abandoned house with a supposed ''grim'' history. We were told that the house had had everything from a murder to a crazy doctor experimenting on live humans to suicides and many other things.
We had decided to go check out the place thinking that the stories were probably no more than just that. Stories. We went at night at around 1-1:30 am. My boyfriend pulled out his phone and started recording the surroundings just in case we saw some ''ghostly apparitions''.

We went into the garage area of the house and we heard things that sounded like footsteps but we knew that there were feral cats around so we didn't think much of the sounds. After being there for a few minutes I started having a feeling of depression and just down right fear, and one of my friends started thinking he was hearing a voice say ''help me''.

We left soon after. I was the first one out followed by my boyfriend, then my 2 friends who joined us. Everyone went ahead of me and I felt a slight tug on my small backpack, there were no branches or nails around me so we couldn't explain it.
After we got across the street we went back over the video and we heard one EVP that sounded like a low grumble. While standing across from the house I heard a female in my ear say ''run'' I made this known to the others and we all quickly left.
The next day I went over the video and heard 2 other EVPs so 3 in all. The first sounded female and it distinctly said ''attention''. The second EVP was the low grumble we heard but when listening to it through headphones. I could make out a male voice saying ''I am alive'' then the final voice sounded like a female child that said ''please help me''.
