I lived in Ellis Lake apartments for 3 yrs (08-11). I started experiencing activity about a year after I moved in. My first experience was when I was stepping out on the back deck to have a smoke and a women's voice was directly in my left ear.

No words just a load moan. (and its not what your thinking ;)). The second one was when I was watching TV one evening and out of no where I hear the voice again in the same manner but distant accompanied with a sweet smell like perfume.

Third experience was when my ex girlfriend came over. She was staying up late watching TV and I went to bed early for work the next day. The next morning when I got up she told me she thought my place was haunted I asked why and she said she herd a women's voice and smelled perfume I never told her about my previous experience's that just confirmed it.
The fourth and the most intense one was on a Saturday morning sleeping in and I heard the woman's voice again calling my name next to my bed, loud enough to wake me up. I turn my head over and fading away was a clear half outline of a female face smiling.
I still remember how her lips and teeth looked, she was attractive. There were also bangs and other out of place noises in the middle of the night sometimes. I wonder if who ever is living there now has experienced the same...
