My sister would sleep walk, and she would talk in her sleep. She was being controlled by something that would help her open the door and guide to the back yard where she would have a conversation with an invisible person. She would never remember what she did or why she was led outside. Because of this my parents had to put special locks on the doors only to find out that the doors and locks would open by themselves. Nothing bad ever happened

I am pretty sure the people who live there now are probably experiencing the same activity. Park Ave Elementary, the Library, and the park were also very haunted.

My grandparents used to live E. 58th st corner of 58th and king. My grandfather died in this house. My grandmother had a nervous breakdown after his death. After my grandmother's heart attack and death my folks renovated the property and built the two story apartments on the property between 58th and slausen.
