I grew up in the Mckinleyville / Eureka area and I lived in many different houses. None were as scary as the house on Fernwood drive in Mckinleyville. I would sleep in the closet instead of my bed since I felt watched whenever just in the main room.
I would try to sleep in he living room however my mom didn't believe what I was going through in my bedroom. When I did sleep in my bed the blanets would be pulled off me and someone would grab my feet.

I would also feel someone breathing in my ear; feel the warm breath. Being a young teenage girl this was terrifying. I was very glad when we finally moved... To a haunted house in cutten. At least that spirit didn't bother me while sleeping.

Okay, so I've always been very intuitive, about my surroundings, and have never had a difficult sensing a presence. However, my most dramatic incident happened within two months of my having moved into my 'new' place in Mckinleyville.
The house has been around for no less than forty years, and I feel that something (not living) had made itself at home here because I always felt like I was being watched (and still do when I'm outside at night).
