Driving out of Mendota heading towards Whites Bridge Road. I was coming from the Cantelope round up in Firebaugh. It was 10:00 pm. I and my husband were talking, and then to the right of the road towards the dark bushes appeared a very tall white lady with shorts that went to her knees. She had on an old school tennis shoes and old school blouse. There was some kind of bright light shed around her. As she stood looking at me, I told my husband ''stop.''

He said ''hell no. It's dark out here, and I'm hungry. I want to get back home.'' I continued to look back as we drove away. She disappeared, and it was

dark there once again. Down the road there were five or more people with flashlights that night in the small river looking for something, maybe the ghost lady. Not sure. I will never forget it. I will return there again soon.

Just yesterday I spoke to a neighbor, I live in an apartment complex. She told me she'd been with a man in her dream. She says that she felt his presence and actually felt him as he got out of bed and saw him standing in in front of her bedroom window.
