Documents of the woman's death was probably in the Merced sun star in the late 60's, early 70's. I remember this incident growing up in Merced. I am withholding my name out of respect to the suicide victim.
In turn, like all restless souls, I hope she finds peace.

Comment by K: There was a woman who hanged herself off McKee, but it was just past Brookdale Drive in a vacant field near Black Rascal Creek.
