One other person knows this story. Goes back to 2007 . Missing my sweet Nana on mothers day (almost a yr. since she passed). I decided to work 6 to 12 shift overtime at work. Driving home I always cross Scenic on Bodem.
It was a nice warm night. Stopped at stop sign (don't think stoplight was there then) across by cemetery something caught my eye. It was a shiny metallic balloon. It was heading to the corner, string hanging down bobbing a little like someone was walking with it.
! I froze. At first I thought 'wow how cool'. Then.. It turns and walks down the crosswalk! . Ok now I'm totally frozen! Goes perfectly in crosswalk. Up curb. Now walking toward front of my vehicle ...
