We moved into this house in 1997 on Wilkesboro Ave near Johansen High. At first the house seemed all nice and perfect until one night I was home alone. I was laying in my bed at around midnight until I heard what I thought someone came home and was in the kitchen looking for something in the cabinet.
So I got up turn on the hallway light to come downstairs to see who was making all the noise and it turn out no one was home. So I thought to myself OK I was dreaming that I heard noises downstairs. So I went back upstairs to my room lay back down trying to go back to sleep. This time I heard what sounded like the dresser drawers in the bedroom downstairs slamming in and out in and out so by this time I'm thinking to myself someone must be pulling a prank and trying to scare me.

I was so angry I ran downstairs trying to catch whoever it is so I decided to sleep downstairs. So as a lay down on the bed I could her my dresser in my room slamming in and out in and out so I ran out from the room to go upstairs and it turn out no one was there .

I walked through the whole house in every room no one was home but me . For sure I wasn't dreaming nor am I crazy. So as the years went by I just got use to it you would hear like people walking up and down the stairs late at night and everyone is asleep or see shadows in the corner of your eyes .
We no longer live in this house but would like to say to the new tenants good luck...
