Hello my name is Amanda and I am 20 years old. Last year my family and I moved into a 50 year old house in Modesto CA. One night I was smoking and the next thing I see is a large black shadow in a shape of a man in my garage.
That was only the beginning. I was once again in the garage I started to get goose bumps and my hair standing on end and I could see my breath. (and this was a very hot August night) the next thing I know my hair got pulled really hard.

That next morning my mother pointed out that I had three large scratches on my back. I didn't even feel them happen. And this is just a couple of examples.

Comment by Sandra: Hello Amanda I am 45 years old and I grew up in a house in west Modesto and I had similar experiences as yours. We no longer live in this house but I was curious if your house is where I used to live.
I had somebody pull and hit me in the head. We also always sensed things in our garage. I lived there until 1983 or so. I'm wondering if it possibly could have been in the same area even. Maybe there is something in that neighborhood.

The house I grew up in was a nice house in a quiet neighborhood. When we first moved there I was only 5 years old and I loved it because I had my own room for the first time ever. Not long after we settled in I was asleep in my room one night and jolted awake because I felt like someone was in my room.
