One year for Halloween my cousin dressed up as Pikachu. It was getting dark out so to get back to my uncle's house a lot quicker we cut through James Marshall park. My cousins were talking about paranormal sightings when all of a sudden I saw this boy near the swing set he was simply standing there looking sort of creepy.
When I saw this I started running right away and my cousins chasing after me. A quarter the way out something tripped me and my candy spilled all over the ground. I looked up and I saw the little boy near by.

I didn't bother collecting anything and made a run for it.

Comment by anonymous: Used to be an old schoolhouse at the site of the park. After the school closed people would hear a bell ring and students run down the halls at the time of dismissal though no one was there. It burned down late 90s, perhaps what you saw was a displaced student ghost!.

I stay at my dad's bar in downtown Modesto sometimes late or overnight because me and my girlfriend work the bar and such. She has been very sick almost every time we stay in this back area of the place and will get up in the middle of the night and go out onto a couch that is out on the mezzanine and claims she feels better when she is out there.
