My sister used to live on Las Flores. When her and her husband moved in and started making modifications to the home, they stirred up the spirit of a young boy that was 10-13 years old. The child would mostly watch what was going on and rarely manifested himself either in full-body or shadow, but he let me know he was there the first time I spent the night.
As I saw it, he was just there as a protective entity, not out to harm anyone.

I lived at a house on Carver Road for only 5 months. The house had many noises and an odd feel to it. My children were always afraid to be alone in their rooms by themselves, and they were 9 and 12.

I shook it off as just unease with moving into a new house. One afternoon, my son was alone in the living room. He said he spotted a little boy with brown hair dressed in blue overall shorts squatted down on the floor pushing a little red fire engine back and forth.
He turned to go toward the child wondering how he managed to get into the house, and the boy disappeared. He freaked out. Needless to say, I moved soon after that.
