There is an ongoing occurrence on the playground at Kirschen Elementary School that is hard to explain. Around the direct middle of the field, some entity rushes up to students to scare them (in the form of a little blonde girl) only to disappear.
It sometimes grabs students from behind and trips them. They look behind them and no one is there. It has on one occasion rushed up to a student and spoken to them. Not explainable.

Claritin Ave by Funworks - big brick and pillared house - a man who died in the house walks his Orchards in the front yard. He is just seen as a dark shadow and will respond to people and also make noises.
Personally I rang the doorbell an immediately I heard someone walk upstairs and fall above us. No one lives in the house.
