I lived in an apartment on 901 California Street n Modesto, CA and the landlords never told me a woman died in the unit. I found out from neighbors.. I saw and heard a lot of stuff inside the apartment and my son would see stuff also (he was only 2 at the time). Also a lot of other suicides there as well...

I've been renting a room in a house off of McHenry and Tokay Avenues. My landlord has said that a lady lived in my room after the house was built in 1956. I'm not sure if it's the same woman' but since he's owned the house he claimed to occasionally hear a woman humming Christmas music in the house. (No other women live in the house besides me.) One time I was taking a shower, and I swear someone was yelling my name. When I asked everyone said no one was trying to call me.
That same evening my boyfriend was in the kitchen, and everything was quiet. He walked to the bedroom and asked if I had been calling his name. I hadn't, and no one else was in the house. Nothing has happened until today. I have a star wars lunch pail which was a gift and has sentimental value to me. My boyfriend brought the lunch pail back in the house and put it on a shelf in our room on a specific shelf. An hour later he texted me about the pail and asked me where it was. He looked everywhere and couldn't find it. We tried to rule out every option. We looked all over the house, even in our roommates' rooms.
The landlord has camera in the front porch, hallway and living room for security reasons. We used the cameras to back track. You can see my boyfriend walk into our room with the box and walk out of the room without it. The only place it could be is in our room. We have looked in every inch of the room, and it is gone. I don't lose things very often, and when I do I've always had a good feeling on whether it is lost or stolen and gone forever. I have never seen apparitions, but I know I can feel spiral presences. I am convinced that this female apparition has taken my lunch pail to mess with my boyfriend and me. I don't know what to do. I just want the pail back. It means a lot to me.
