As to oaks Park cemetery I can say there are no ghost that appear but they are there. I was investigating these cemetery with my team and everyone was standing near the grave in front of me. I was maybe 10 feet from them when I felt cold.
Next thing I know something put there hand on my right shoulder and whispered my name into my ear I quickly turn but nobody was there. I got scared and joined the group right after. We did take pictures and got nothing but in these look closely and you can see a orb 3 feet above the first grave.

Comment by anonymous: I used to walk by there almost every evening between 9 and 10 o'clock, and I've heard growls and strange voices while I had my headphones on, so I figured it could be inside my head or just the radio waves picking up sound from the spiritual world. I avoid walking through there during Halloween season because prior to the actual Halloween date of the 31st creepy people start to appear everywhere in LA and in other small cities like Montclair.
One evening I was walking by the cemetery, and I glanced towards the gate, and there was this very thin creature sitting by the fence eating something. When it turned around its face was pasty white with very shiny eyes, and it just stared at me. I just kept walking fast. I've also spotted these types of creatures on Indian hill during the stupid Halloween season. Some weirdoes get a thrill out of scaring people or Satan puts it in their pea brains to go out there and commit horrific crimes against normal people.

In Oak Park Cemetery there is a shiny blue man dressed in a nice suit around nine through ten. You'll see him walk by he'll look at you. And if you look back he'll take off his hat and bow to you. Then if you look away and look back he'll vanish.
