This is true. You can believe it or not. We were staying at the Murphys hotel in Murphys. There is a little Park and an old cement jail behind the hotel. We were in one of the rooms in the hotel over the bar and the bar is loud at night on the weekends so about 12 am we decided to go for a stroll to the park.
Lights and noise spill out of the hotel and it's really the only point of life in Murphys after 10 pm, the rest of the steet and town

for that matter are completely still and quiet. We left the hotel through the lobby (avoiding the irriating noise makers of the bar) and rounded the corner

of the hotel on the steet to go to the park- as we walked by the old cement jail to the left there was a short bearded dirty looking man leaning against the wall, he was wearing grey trousers with suspenders, and a, what I think was suppossed to be a once white coloured long sleeve shirt with no apparent buttons ,but it was in the style of a button up shirt.
The clothing was way too big and ill fitting. He seemed to have dirt or drying mud from about
