But I stayed in the same position. Weird.... Has this happened by rattle snake hills? Or anywhere in Norco near 4th Street or Hillside? Please respond to my email email@example.com . Thanks gavin.

Comment by Syd: I and my friends in high school used to frequent the power house both during the day and at night. Often staying until midnight. It was always creepy but we never experienced anything abnormal. Knockings or weird noises yes but no voices or shoves or being touched.
I always attributed the noises to the animals that are in the area; coyotes, rabbits, snakes, squirrels, birds, groundhogs, lizards, raccoons, skunks, wild cats, even some pigs. It is a creepy spot though admittedly.
I am however skeptical only because after looking through supposed ''orb'' photographs the ''orbs'' look like dust spots. There is a lot of dust in that power house (it's Norco after all) and when photographing things and walking around you are bound to catch some of it in the lens or light meter sensors (I'm also a photographer).
So I don't believe the orbs are anything more than animal eyes glowing in the background or dust. But I would be curious to see if anyone had footage or film of the people and figures they claim to see.
I have heard that the power house is the site of the 1960s hangings but I don't know much about that. When I try to research it that's pretty much all I get--people ''hear it's the site'' but no actual details on if it's true or what the hangings were even about.
Comment by Rory: On 9/14/14 at about 11 pm my friends and I went out to this powerhouse to check it out. We really freaked ourselves out about it. My girlfriend and one of my friends' girlfriends were absolutely terrified to go in and decided to stay on the top of the hill to watch. As we went in, we weren't very scared at all. There were a few beer cans, blankets, and lots of trash. It looked like people were just there, but we didn't see anyone. Then we decided to go to the second story which you had to climb a latter to get to. As we were up there, the two girls were able to see the whole building still and begged for us to come back in great fear.
As we finally left with no problems the girls were explaining that they saw someone below us. The detail of what they saw was a white girl with black hair and a white gown/dress looking up at us on the second floor. I'm not to terrified of what they saw because I didn't see it, but the looks on their faces the rest of the night were not normal, so I know they were not making this up.
Comment by Fcl: The girl in the gown with dark hair? Her name was Lori Bullinger. She was killed in a car accident back in 1977 or 1978. There were five others in the car. June Winkler, Buck Halgan, Kit Forsyth, Jerry and brother Larry Gomez. Larry dying from his injuries a month later. .
