We moved into a house back in 1997 on the corner of Curtis Road and King and Branscomb Avenue. I was 13 at the time, but the moment we set foot in that house I felt an eerie feeling. It was something I couldn't explain. I hated that house from day one. My dad began remodeling the house right away, knocking down walls and painting the house. After a few months of living there, we started noticing strange things happen around the house.
We'd hear faint footsteps and other random noises. We tried to dismiss them by coming up with logical explanations. As time went on we noticed them more and more. We finally decided to contact a priest to come and bless the house. We figured that once the house was blessed things would be better, but instead it made things worse. We started hearing voices, louder footsteps, and a woman sobbing at night in the living room. The TV's would randomly turn on and off. We had shadows walking across the hallway and things physically moving on their own.

Even family members that would visit experienced these things. It got to a point where we could no longer live there and ended up moving out after eight years. We asked our neighbors if they knew if anybody had died or even possibly murdered there, but they would not say. They would either change the conversation or avoid it altogether. I found out that multiple people have bought and sold the house in a short time period since we moved out. I've searched for history on the house, but unfortunately I have not been able to find anything other than it was built in 1954. Till this day I drive by our old house from time to time and wonder if it haunts its current residents.

I did not believe it until graduation night. When I asked around no one knew. However an old lady said I saw a boy that had lived a few houses from the school. He was playing Russian Roulette with his cousin ten years ago. Trust me you don't want to see what I saw. Nasty and on graduation night. Submitted by Sancho
