Picardy Dr. Where I lived about ten years ago. The partment I was renting at the time was a three story hoe built in the 30's. It had just been remodeled by the land lord who lived right next door. Across the street there was a house where a man had commmited suicide.
Well the experiences began the first year I moved in. Downstairs would become so cold. I would have the heater on the fire place on and it would be freezing. My first mysterious incident was when I was getting ready on the second floor it was October and I had his bear figuine dresses as a witch on the mantel of the fire place.

There were no windows open all I heard was a crash and upon going downstairs I found it was on the floor broken. Continued things like I had just come home from a business trip and I was hugging my boyfriend.

All of a sudden the downstairs door you could hear it open with a large swoosh sound and footsteps as if someone was running either up or down the stairs. Another time it was Christmas and we were in the living room when all of a sudden a branch on our tree began to move I stayed as still as I could and my boyfriend who was near the fireplace saw this too.
Once again no windows open the heater was not on no one was near the tree. My mother had reported the same thing to me when she was alone in the house. Another person told me they were taking a nap in the living room and was having a bad dream when they awoke to sosme double doors from the dining room flew open and items in there flew out.
Now these double doors were built in cabinets that were pretty hard to open they literally would get stuck at different times of the year. When this was reported to me I just took it with a grain of salt thinking this person was probably just pulling my leg but after the stair and tree incidents I began to listent to the things people were telling we.
