I was at the beach yesterday morning 4 /1/21. I was in south Oceanside at the beach locals call ''The Rock''. I went super early with my friend Maddie for a nice morning walk on the empty beach during low tide with my dogs. We were on the sand and running around with the dogs getting them really hyper, and they were wrestling.

mystical feeling all morning to begin with. We were ready to head home, and this point it was around 8:30 a.m., so in order to get up you have to climb

the rocks going up. Then there is a patch of sand and then a hill to climb back up to get to the street.
On the side there are houses, so the only way to exit would be up to the street or down to the beach. A lady walked down the hill about five minutes before we left. She stood on the edge of the rock and just pondered at the ocean. She had blonde curly hair, black sunglasses, black shorts, and a black long sleeve. She just looked like a very average
