I heard a rumor that the corner house of Spruce and Lemon St is haunted. My understanding is that a little boy ghost is seen in that house. A friend that lives around the area said since he moved there two owners have pack there bags and gotten out of there.
The last owner just let the house go to foreclosure. Does anyone know what's going on with this property? The house is for sale by the way and it is q very nice home.
